The prompts are listed in alphabetical order, and the prompts are sorted by gen/pairing, then by character/ship name. Comics-related prompts where I was completely sure that the text was a comic are listed by company (DC, Marvel). Except for Hellboy because it is the only one I was sure was by Dark Horse and there was only one prompt. Bandom, RPF, and crossover requests are at the bottom. :) All the prompts are merged by pairing.

THE KISSES/CUDDLES '09 FIC BATTLE

Here's where the fun part comes in! Absolutely anyone can take part in this, whether you asked for a prompt or not. All you have to do is choose a prompt from the list (which is linked farther down in this post) and create something fannish for it--you can write a fic, draw a picture, whatever!--and share it in the comments. You can answer as many prompts as you like, but only as long as each comment is a separate piece--that is, do not write a linked series of drabbles about your favorite pairing and put them all in separate comments. Also, please do not post old work!

GUIDELINES
♥ This post will be open from Monday, February 9th, at 9:30AM EST, until Monday, February 15th, at 9AM EST. That means you have SEVEN DAYS to post as many answers to prompts as you like!
♥ Stories must fit in one comment (4300 characters). It may be part of something longer, linked somewhere else, as long as it is new and based on the prompt given.
♥ If your art is larger than 800 pixels wide or bigger than 500 kB, please use a thumbnail linking to the art, or to a post containing the art.
♥ This is a fic battle about hugs, kisses, and cuddles! That doesn't mean your drabbles have to be unnecessarily twee or sappy--they can even be angsty or sad--but please keep that in mind! For example, someone who requests "Ren & Stimpy, rapture rapture JOY JOY, GROUP HUGS!!!!" probably isn't expecting a fic about Ren mourning Stimpy's untimely death. Although I don't doubt that it could be done based on that prompt.
